The best part about being a photographer is working with babies. While I love photographing weddings and couples, there is something so special about capturing new life at its beginning. Newborns are on no schedule expect their own, and as the photographer and the parents of the baby, your job is to go with the flow. There is no specific science to photographing newborns but there are consistencies that make shooting a newborn easier. Firstly, working early in the morning is better than working in the evening. For one, you have more light to work with, and being a Philadelphia lifestyle newborn photographer, I prefer staying away from strobes and flashes as much as I can. Secondly, babies tend to be more sleepy in the morning and usually can stay in good spirits during the shoot. (Because they are dreaming!) Recently, I got to work with this little fire fighter and his darling parents, Stephen and Lauren. For more work with this Perkasie Newborn Photographer, click here.
